Concord Riverwalk is a 'smart growth' neighborhood of 13 intimate, Net Zero energy homes situated in West Concord, MA. The homes are well designed, high performance and sustainable. This development won the National Association of Home Builders Community of the Year Award in 2014.
Concord Riverwalk needed a web strategy and site that best fit their mission and target audience. The site is more extensive than typical real estate sites, including extensive information on sustainable design principles, the neighborhood and the environmental and social benefits of the development.
